The Transplant Counsellor remains dedicated to serving the needs of referring physicians and their patients. We have instituted a FAST Track process for evaluation of kidney, liver, heart, and lung transplant candidates, and continue to implement this process for all solid organ transplant programs at Transplant Counsellor.

Patients who agree to the FAST Track and meet the guidelines are scheduled for an evaluation as soon as possible. Most FAST Track transplant patients have their entire evaluation completed within one week. If health maintenance and testing is up-to-date, patients may be added to the organ waitlist in seven days. Our improved reporting mechanism to referring physicians involves enhanced communication and coordination of care.
