Deepak Pillai is a Consultant Nephrologist at Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi. His medical practice philosophy is based on the belief that there is no higher profession than a physician and that serving the patient is synonymous with serving the ultimate. His practice philosophy is to use evidence-based medicine in all aspects of renal care, including kidney transplantation, renal replacement therapy, clinical nephrology, and critical care nephrology. Dr. Deepak Pillai has over 14 years of experience in Nephrology. He earned his MBBS from the University of Kerala in 1993, followed by an MD (Internal Medicine) from the University of Kerala in 2000 and a DM (Nephrology) from the University of Calicut in Kerala in 2005.
